Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days via express shipping services. Delivery timelines are estimated from the shipment date, not the order date.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Fees
All applicable delivery fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Free Shipping
Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over €250 EUR.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union are dispatched from Turkey.
Any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
İKİKIZ does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost prior to delivery. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You may also track your order by visiting My Account → Orders and selecting the relevant order.
Order Not Delivered
If your order has not been delivered, is missing, or appears to be lost, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] so we may assist you.
If the shipping provider confirms that a parcel has been lost in transit, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, at our discretion.
If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you are unable to locate the parcel, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking record.
Please note that courier services do not accept claims for stolen parcels. Orders marked as delivered to the correct address with valid proof of delivery are therefore not eligible for reimbursement.
