At İKİKIZ, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention. We hope your İKİKIZ garment becomes a long-loved part of your wardrobe. Should your purchase not meet expectations, we are pleased to assist within the terms outlined below.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original condition, with all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the return period. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions via email.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
EU Customers
Returns within the EU must be shipped to our address in Spain. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trusted carrier and a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your item. İKİKIZ cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing return shipments.

International Customers
For returns outside the EU, İKİKIZ will provide a designated return address based on your location once your return request has been approved.
Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a reliable, tracked, and insured shipping service. İKİKIZ cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit, and any reduction in item value remains the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. In the event that an item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected], providing a clear image and/or video of the issue along with a brief description. Once reviewed and approved by our team, a replacement item will be offered.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase first. Once the return is approved, a new order may be placed separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
