If your order has not yet been shipped, you can easily create a cancellation request by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in the "My Account/My Orders" section. For orders that have already been shipped, you can cancel them using the return method once they are delivered to you.

For purchases of 1500 TL or more on ikikiz.com, you will not pay any shipping fees. For orders below 1500 TL, the delivery fee is set at 19 TL.

For confirmed orders, address changes cannot be made. If there is an error or missing information in your address, or if you are at a different address, we recommend canceling the order and creating a new one.

If you choose our contracted carrier Yurtiçi Kargo, you do not need to pay for shipping. For returns using another shipping company, the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

After placing the products to be returned along with your invoice in a single package, you can deliver it to Yurtiçi Kargo within 14 business days using the shipping code 487303918. Providing the code is sufficient; you do not need to specify a return address.

When using the return methods we provide, returns on ikikiz.com are always free of charge.

All returns must be made within 14 days from the shipment confirmation email.

After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked. If the product meets the return conditions, the return process is completed within 10 business days. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it is sent back to your address. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear on your card depends on your bank.

You must fill out and sign the form on the back of the invoice sent with the product to your address and return it along with the product.

If the order was made within the company or by freelancers, you need to include a return invoice prepared in the company's or your name along with your invoice.
