If you choose our contracted carrier Yurtiçi Kargo, you do not need to pay for shipping. For returns using another shipping company, the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
After placing the products to be returned along with your invoice in a single package, you can deliver it to Yurtiçi Kargo within 14 business days using the shipping code 487303918. Providing the code is sufficient; you do not need to specify a return address.
